Where we work

One platform.
End-to-end.

Most BI stacks are a patchwork — ETL tool here, data warehouse there, reporting layer somewhere else. Fabric replaces them all.

Single storage layer — OneLake

No more moving data between systems. One lake, one copy, accessible to every tool in the stack.

Built-in Power BI integration

Direct Lake mode means near-instant report performance with no data duplication or extract jobs.

No vendor lock-in on storage

Delta Lake format means your data is open and portable — not locked inside a proprietary system.

01

Data Ingestion

Raw data from databases, APIs, flat files and cloud storage via Dataflows Gen2 or Data Factory.

02

Storage & Transformation

Delta Lake tables in the Lakehouse. PySpark, SQL or Data Wrangler for cleaning and enrichment.

03

Semantic Model

Reusable metrics, defined relationships, Direct Lake mode for performance without data duplication.

04

Power BI Reports

Connected to Fabric with zero friction. Interactive dashboards, KPIs, root-cause analysis.

05

Governance

Centralised lineage, sensitivity labels and role-based access via Microsoft Purview.

What we deliver

Financial Services
Legacy stack: Tableau + SQL Server Reporting Services

Consolidated 140 dashboards across 4 tools into a single Fabric Lakehouse

A finance team of 3 was maintaining 140 dashboards in Tableau, SSRS and Excel with no single source of truth. Monthly close required 3 days of manual reconciliation.

Migrated all reporting to Microsoft Fabric. Rationalised 140 dashboards to 38. Built a semantic model covering 6 business units. Full delivery in 7 weeks.

Monthly close: 3 days → 4 hours
Manufacturing
Legacy stack: Qlik Sense + Excel-based reporting

Replaced parallel Excel reporting with a single certified semantic model

Power users had built competing reports in Qlik and Excel. No authoritative numbers. The CFO spent 2 days manually reconciling data before every board pack.

Built a Fabric Lakehouse ingesting ERP and CRM data. Replaced Qlik with Power BI on a single certified semantic model. Finance team fully self-sufficient at handover.

Board pack production: 2 days → 3 hours

Common questions

Can't find what you need? Ask directly.

Eight weeks from kickoff to handover. Week 1 is discovery and architecture sign-off. Weeks 2–6 are build and iteration. Weeks 7–8 are UAT, documentation and handover. The timeline is fixed — we don't run open-ended engagements.
We regularly migrate from Tableau, Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, SSRS, and on-premises SQL Server Reporting. If your stack isn't on this list, get in touch — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
We agree the deliverables, timeline and price before work starts — and they don't change. If additional scope is requested during the engagement, we handle it as a separate priced change request. You will never receive an invoice higher than what was quoted.
Yes — the majority of our engagements are with mid-market companies in Germany, the UK and the Nordics. We work fully remotely, with travel available for kickoff and key workshops on request.
We include 30 days of post-launch support in every Fast-Track — bug fixes, performance questions and minor adjustments at no extra cost. After that, we offer an optional retainer for ongoing development. We build everything to be maintainable by your internal team.
That's our most common client profile. Fabric Fast-Track is designed for companies without in-house data engineers — we act as the entire delivery team and hand over a system your business users can operate independently.
